Wilmerding and United States Trust Company of New York, as Trustees under item
tenth of the Last Will and Testament-of Barbara Platt Wilmerding and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 7, 1987 in Liber 10387 Page 72;
by deed dated September 22, 2005 from,Charles T. Wilmerding and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 26, 2005 in Liber 12416 Page 813; by
deed dated February 8, 2021, from David R.. Wilmerding, III, and being recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office simultaneously herewith; and by deed dated
February 11, 2021, from Amy Wilmerding Manny, Co—Trustee, under the Manny
Revocable Living Trust dated May 16, 2018, and being recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office simultaneously herewith.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above
described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the
first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the patty of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
