At the annual election of a Commissioner of the Fishers Island Ferry District held on
August 10, 2021, Heather Burnham was elected for a term of five (5) years and
Thomas Cashel was elected for a term of four (4) years. The yequired constitutional

Certificate of Inspectors of Election of the Fishers Island Ferry District
We, Meredith Doyen and Deanna Ross, as Inspectors of Election of the FISHERS ISLAND
FERRY DISTRICT, DO HEREBY CERTIFY AS FOLLOWS:
On the 10th Day of August 2021, the Annual Meeting for the Election of Commissioners of the
Fishers Island Ferry District was held at the Fishers Island Community Center, Fishers Island,New
York at 2:00 p.m. Said meeting was duly called by NOTICE, a copy of which is hereto annexed,
stating the time, place, and purpose of the meeting.
At 6:00 p.m., after the polls had remained open for four hours, said Inspectors of Election
canvassed the vote and we, the aforementioned Inspectors of Election, do hereby certify that the
results were as follow:
41 Votes were cast for Heather Burnham Commissioner for a term of 5 years.
1 Vote was cast for Ted Rogers Commissioner for a term of 5 years.
