Environmental Consulting on behalf of MARILYN ROSENBERG requests a Wetland Permit to construct a 58sq.ft. addition onto the landward side of the existing two story, single family dwelling (711 sq.ft. footprint) with attached 100sq.ft. front porch; and 436sq.ft. waterside deck; abandon existing cesspool and install a new I/A OWTS sanitary system; regrade; expand leaching system; install roof drain drywell; install a new water line; and install a stone parking area.
