Located: 550 Blue Marlin Drive, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-57-1-27 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy` Standards. Based upon the information provided on thet LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted,to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action to replacing ±101.0 linear feet of bulkhead on the southerly portion of the subject property are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. 1. To further Policy 6 require turbidity controls during construction. The bulkhead and beach stairs (4594) were issued a Wetlands Permit in 1996. The proposal to; - install an electric powered-retractable ramp/davit system consisting--of(1) 4'x5' wood platform, (1) 3'x15' hinged,aluminum ramp and (1) electric davit secured with a concrete footing is recommended as INCONSISTENT with Policy 4. Structures located with FEMA VE Flood Zones (velocity hazard) in the Peconic Bays should be avoided or minimized due to potential damage and loss.from storms and hazards. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its ' written determination regarding the consistency,of the proposed action. This 'assessment is intended to-supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area. 2. Before answering the questions in Section C,the preparer of this form should review the exempt minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local Waterfront Revitalization Program. A proposed action will be evaluated as to its significant beneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal area(which includes all of Southold Town). 3.
