SCTM# 1000-30-2-78 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review,of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. A similar action to build a stair was recommended as INCONSISTENT with the LWRP in 2015 and the new proposed action is also recommended as INCONSISTENT with the below , listed policies and LWRP. The review follows: Policy 6. Protect and restore the quality and function of the Town of Southold ecosystem 6.3. Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands. A. Comply with statutory and regulatory reduirements of the Southold Town Board of -- - - - Trustees laws-and-regulations-for all Andros-Patent-and other lands-under-their - jurisdiction 1. Comply with Trustee regulations and recommendations as set forth in Trustee permit conditions. The Applicant currently enjoys access to the Long Island Sound Beach. The Planning Board designed Open Space Area E (SCTM lot#21-5-10) in the Pebble Beach Farms subdivision, located east of the property to provide access to Long Island Sound, a bathing beach, a parking area, and a path to the beach.
