Located: 405 Lake Avenue, Southold. SCTM# 1000-80-3-16 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form' - submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the actions to construct a new 10'x16' fiberglass pool; install a new 177"x28'0" (358sg.ft.) masonry' patio seaward of deck; and to abandon the existing sanitary system in rear yard and install new septic system in front yard is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. The replacement of the deck is INCONSISTENT with LWRP. 6.3 Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands. A. Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements of the Southold Town Board of Trustees laws and regulations for all Andros Patent and other lands under their jurisdiction. A Wetlands Permit was not located in Town records. Unpermitted structures cannot be reconstructed. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
