We would like'to increase'the size of the pool from 20x40 to 22x40 with the spa inside'th•e pool we feel we need more interior room for our active family to safely swim and play. 2. We would like to'rep'osition the pool from running, perpendicular to now run parallel with the house which would be'less encroaching o•n the wetlands. 3. There is a tree'that is too close to the edge of the pool that we would have to take down and another one that is:at the edge of the house. Both trees will be shown in a supplied picture. 4. We have added ah infinity edge to the pool which would have a trough basin 3'x36'shown on the attached survey: 5. Approximately 50%of the short patios both on the shallow and deep end of the pool will be raised to workVith, the"e'xisting slope/grade ofthe'property. The pool and patio on the west end will be raised approximately 2'6" and on the East side of the property the pool and patio will be raised approximately 116". 6. We are changing the orientation of the patio to surround 3 sides of the pool which would increase the patio area-from approximately 635 sq feet to 725 sq feet(shown on the survey). Included with this lette'r.a're`pictures of,the new pool`layout on the property and a new survey. We would be happy to ariswe"r any questions the board may have.
