Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP based on the following: 1. On August 15, 2019 the Zoning Board of Appeals granted alternative relief for this action requiring that the proposed structure be located outside of the FEMA VE flood zone and the installation of the I/A OWTS. 2. There is no ability to relocate the proposed structure outside of the FEMA AO flood zone; an area that may experience flood depths of 1 to 3 feet (Figure 1).
