Located: 1580 North Bayview Road, Southold. SCTM# 1000-70-12-34 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy ----LL-Standards--Based-upon-the-information--provided-on the-L-WRP--Consistency-Assessment-Form— ---- - -- submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the = LWRP with the following recommendation. 1. Re-evaluate the placement of the pool drywell to the distance to the Goose Creek. Note that the entire parcel is located within a FEMA mapped flood zone. There is no ability to relocate the proposed structures outside of the flood zone. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
