Dear Mr. Cir-avolo
Please be advised that I have reviewed your email request of July 7, 2020 along with
the photographs provided and discussed same with Trustee Domino after his visit to
your property'on July 13, 2020:.,1 concur.�with Mr.;Domino that there is no reason to
remove the tree limb as requested from the oak tree, as the tree appears to�be healthy
and-stable.
If you are proposing to do any, work within 100' from the edge of wetlands on the above
-mentioned property, including seeking a 10 year maintenance'permit, you will need to'
apply to this office for a wetland permit. Upon receipt of a proper application from you,
the entire Board.of Trustees will visit your property and then be able to make a
determination at a Board hearing on the project you apply for.

Hi Diane,
Attached is the photos of a tree limb that I would like to remove.As you will see in photo 3 IMG3784,the base of the
oak tree has a good amount of erosion and that limb is placing added weight and stress on the tree.The tree has a sharp
lean towards the water,this along with the weight of the limb,will eventually cause the tree to fall.The other photos
will show how the tree limb is hanging into the water.Also attached is a survey and if needed the trustees can access
the property, however please let me know prior to them coming so I can be present.
