LEMLER.&.ANCA LEMLER requests an Administrative Permit to create an 11'x80' beach area with sand and to plant native vegetation; all existing trees to remain; create a 100'x70' path from house to dock using Long Island pea gravel. Located: 320 Broadwaters Road, Cutchogue. SCTM#: 1000-104-10-6 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that; the proposed action is CONSISTENT provided the following is considered to further with the LWRP Policy 6: 1. Require containment of sand and pea gravel on subject property. 2. Consider the installation of tree wells (where necessary) to prevent the burying of trunks that may result in the death of the tree. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation.in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
