Located: 8150 Main Bayview Road, Southold. SCTM# 1000-87-5-23.6 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the following is considered. 1. The 60' wide non-turf disturbance buffer is perpetually protected by a filed Covenant and Restriction Liber D00012728 Page 647. It is recommended that the Covenant and Restriction is referenced in future permits. 2. Require a I/A OWTS due to the proximity of the parcel to Corey Creek. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
