I am submitting for a demo permit of an existing foundation slab,Years ago the previous owner
had a foundation slab installed as per the attached survey. We would like to remove that.
They also piled up soil to the west side of property and we would like to remove those trees as
well as they are getting to the point that they are leaning and becoming dangerous. There is
some bramble and brush we would like to also remove
