From 11 am to 5pm. There will be 10-15 local artisans, offering strictly handmade items, including photography, painting, jewelry, candles, soap, and home decor. Artisan spaces (10x10) have been marked on the included Google map, which is the lawn area adjacent to the vineyards tasting room. LI ArtShow will display local 18"x24" signs, no more than a week before the event, and directional signage on the Osprey's Dominion property, the night before the event. All signage will be removed the night of July ; 17th after the Art Show has ended. All artisans are responsible for their own debris, and any remaining debris will be collected by the LI ArtShow helpers. (There was almost none left to collect last year) LI Art Show has implemented a list of protocols for the Art Show, to comply with current safety guidelines, for the protection of everyone, including: ; -Limiting the number of artisans to 50% of capacity. -Tents will be spaced a minimum of 5' apart as space allows. -Everyone associated with the Art Show will wear masks for the duration of the ; day. -Artist will allow 1-2 people of the same group into their tent at a time. -There will be two Sanitation Stations located at each entrance to the Art Show area each consisting of: a sign enforcing social distancing & masks, large pump x bottles of hand sanitizes, disposable face masks, paper towels and a trash bin. -Each artist will have a bottle of pump sanitizer available for patron use upon entering their tent. -An attendant will monitor and control the number of people in the Art Show area with a tally counter. -We have minimized advertising by 50%. -Artisans have committed to adhering to all safety measures.
