the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other

situate, lying and being at Fleet's Neck, near Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, lying opposite the parcel hereinafter described and bounded westerly by a line
running the same course as the westerly boundary line of the parcel first above described;southerly by
Fleetwood Road; easterly by a line running the same course as the easterly boundary line of the parcel
first above described and northerly by East Creek, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Fleetwood Road

the westerly side of Betts Street; running thence along the westerly side of Betts Street South 14

above described; southerly by Fleetwood Road; easterly by a line running the same course as the
easterly boundary line of the parcel first above described and northerly by East Creek, bounded and

BEGINNING at a point in the northerly side of Fleetwood Road where the westerly line of land of
Moeller
intersects said northerly side of Fleetwood Road; running thence along the northerly side of Fleetwood
Road North 82 degrees 46'West 98.11 feet to land of Weiss;thence along said land of Weiss North 11
degrees 14' 20"West 212 feet more or fess to the southerly ordinary high water mark of East Creek;
thence easterly along said ordinary high water mark of East Creek 100.00 feet more or less to the

growing on the beach.
