Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 26 and the
Westerly 45 feet of Lot 27, as shown on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map of Peconic Bay

BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Fishermans Beach Road where the division line
