PHILIP ROBERT MARCO, residing at 4380 Indian Neck Lane,
P.O. Box 383, Peconic, N.Y. 11958, as Trustee of THE
PHILIP ROBERT MARCO REVOCABLE TRUST, as to a fifty percent
(50%) interest, and PATRICIA PHILLIPS MARCO, residing at
4380 Indian Neck Lane, P.O. Box 383, Peconic, N.Y. 11958,
as Trustee of THE PATRICIA PHILLIPS MARCO REVOCABLE TRUST,
as to a fifty percent (50%) interest, parties of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
consideration` of Ten Dollars and other valuable
TAX MAP consideration paid by the party of the second part, does
DESIGNATION hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
Dist.: the second part forever, in ALL that certain plot, piece

Arrowhead Cove", filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County as Map No. 3810; Running thence along lots
numbered 40 and 39 on the aforesaid "Map of Arrowhead
Cove", South 1 degree 17' 40" East, 266.67 feet to a point
and other land now or formerly of Patricia Phillips Marco;
Thence along said land now or formerly of Patricia
Phillips Marco the following two (2) courses and
distances: (1) South 78 degrees 11. 30" west 213.78 feet
to a point; (2) North 1 degree 17' 40" West 266.67 feet to
the southerly side of Indian Neck Road; Thence along said
southerly side of Indian Neck Road, North 78 degrees 11'
30" East 213.78 feet to a monument at the point or place
of BEGINNING.
Said premises known as 4380 Indian Neck Lane, Peconic, New
York 11958.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part by Deed dated August 14, 1985
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
August 30, 1985 in Liber 9864 at Page 07.
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises;
To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party
of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, •except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with
Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold the -right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the
purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
