1. This right of way shall run with the land and remain in perpetuity. This right of way
shall be for the exclusive use of the Grantor. The Grantee,1ts heirs, successors and/or assigns
shall have no right to use any part of the above described right of way at any time for any

2. The Grantee, as the servient owner, shall not maintain, repair, upkeep, improve or
perform any other obligations or responsibility in connection with the right of way. The
Grantor, as the dominant owner, shall exclusively maintain,repair and improve the right of way
as Grantor sees fit, in its sole discretion, without interference by the Grantee.
3. The Grantor shall install a 300 amp electric service, meter pan and box at a point on
the northern line of the right of way at a location determined by the Grantee for the benefit of
the Grantee. Once installed, the electric service shall remain in place and be the exclusive
responsibility of the Grantee.
The Grantee herein acknowledges the creation of this right of way, and be bound to the
