1. Lay out the front frame and place One aline
under a corner of the frame about two inches
from the end, which will aid in floor assembly,
as shown. Attach 8 side frame to the opposite
end of the front frame witch two assembly
screws, as shown in close.up detail.
2. Position a floor joiner along the rear edge of tl~ front
frame, as shown in Fig. 1 detail, Place a floor panel in channel
of joiner and slide it to the side into side frame channel.
Alternate floor joiners and floor panels, interlockir~g
each. Keep panel edges equal to one another and frame SID
Square. Push the steel floor fiUer into the last joiner, as
shown in close-up detail. (Temporarily brace side frame
with stakes, cinder blocks or a heavy object to hold it .
in place).
3. Fasten second side frame to the front frame with two
.assembly screws, then work the floor panels
into the side frame channel.
4, FasteT~ rear frame to side frames to complete founda-
tion and floor assembly. (Remove spline and stakes from
floor assembly and position unit),
I. Install the four corner posts, using two
assembly screws on the bottom of each post.
(Note: Support each post Separately with a
chair or wooden stake, in the ground, until
the siding panels are fast'ned to the building).
2. Using assembly screws, attach three splines along the
top of the corner posts, positioned as~nown in Fig. 2
detail. (Splines are fastened to posts ~sing the Second
hole from each end.) i'/~ ~
3. Fasten the front track (shown ir~ detail) Psing assembly
screws in the first hole from each~end.
4. Fasten two siding soffits to thb side splines, omit two
screws from each end, as shown~in Fig. 3 detail, gables are
attached here i~ a later step.

1. Install door jambs with two assembly
screws at the top and bottom as shown
in detail.
2. Place two channel trim pieces firmly
over the edges of the narrow magic
panels. (Mounting holes on trim must be on rear
surface of panel), Keep the trim and panel e~s
equal, fasten with assembly screws in the center
and third holes from each end, only,
3. Position panel between door jamb and cornet poet,
from inside o[ building secure panel to jamb and
with assembly screws as shown in c ose.up detail,

2. Position a mullion on the floor frame ~ shown In
Fig. 4, slide mullion against wall panel 17~hlng channel
firmly onto wall panel, as shown in close-up detail.
Fasten mullion to the spline with one aS~;mbly screw,
into the wall panel, as shown in Fig. 5. Secure mullion
at the bottom with two special =B SCrews as shown.
3. Alternate wall panels and mullions, interlocking
each. Place a channel trim on the edge of the last
panel which fits against the corner post. Fasten
panel to the post from tl~e ins;de with as,~mbly screws,
4. Through the remaining windows in the sphne

5. To assemble the rear wall, repeat procedure SPECIAL

3. Fasten corners, where parts overlap, with assembly
bolt and square nut and assembly screw as shown in
Fig. 7 detail.

gables with assembly bolts and square nuts, STRAIGHT I~AFTER
as shown in close*up detail. (Holes along
length of ridge beam must be on top surface).
2. Set straight rafters in position as shown.
Bend fastening tabs at end of rafters downward and slide
inside of siding soffit, (holes in tab and holes on siding
soffit must line up). Fasten straight rafters to ridge beam
and siding soffits with assembly screws.

1. Push the trailing edge of the roof eave
panel onto the siding soffit as shown in Fig. 8 detail,
and fasten it to the straight rafters with assembly
screws.
2, Place roof panels in position, over!~pping, e~ch
panel as shown for weather tightness and secure with
assembly screws.
3. Slip the remaining eave panel under the edge of
the roof panel for weather tightness, then fasten eave
pane) to the rafters and gabJes. Slip the roof trim over
the exposed ends of the roof panels.

Assemble one right hand and one left
hand door as showo in drawing.
1. Center a handle on each door along the
edge with the hole spacings top and bottom
2~" apart.
2, From the rear of the door fasten a vertical door brace
along tile inside edge of each doer with the two hole
pacmgs 2~ apart. A ~gn first hole on top of door,
with top hole on door brace. Faste~ to door with
assembly screws using remainder ~tf holes.
3. Attach the door stops to the o~posite side with
assembly screws, about 1~" fro,~ the bc~ttom. (Door
stop should project beyond froht of doo~).

roller onto pawl until it snaps into place.

ecommended Procedure for Securring
To A Permanent Base.
To property secure your buitdingto a
concrete slab, follow these steps after
the unit has been assembled.
1. For idea~ conditions a concrete base is recommended.
A. For a 8' x 6' building the base should be 99" across
the front by 79" in depth.
2. Locate the building squarely on the base; place the
hold down clips in position on the floor frame end spot
the center of the ho/es on the base. (Hold down clips
are supplied to secure the bui}ding at the
corners).
3. Drill into the concrete base with a Y~" carbide bit at each
clip location about 2" deep. ~nsert the anchor shields; position
the hold down clip and secure with 10 or 12 x 1%" self-
tapping screws.
