WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,

County of Suffolk and State of New York", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on January 26, 1973 as Map No. 5859 and referenced as Section 14;
Block 2; Lot 20.
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Bight Road; a private road distant 313.55
feet southwesterly from the intersection of the easterly side of Bight Road with the
southeasterly side of Petty's Drive; and
RUNNING THENCE North 87 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds East, 297.04 feet to a
point;
THENCE South 07 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East, 140.00 feet to a point;
THENCE South 87 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds West,297.04 feet to a point on the
easterly side of Bight Road; and
THENCE North 07 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds West, along the easterly side of Bight
Road, 140.00 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
