The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove the dead red oak tree that is problematic and within 100' of the wetlands, as reviewed and seen by Trustee A. Nicholas Krupski. The Board of Trustees determined that this red oak tree may be removed at this time with the stipulation that it is replaced with a native hardwood tree located on the property in any location. No permit will be required in order to remove this tree. Any other activity within 100of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. Along the east side of the property,there is a dead red oak tree. I am asking that you approve of this removal before I take any action. Besides being unsightly,the Raimondi's have small children and are concerned about the hazard the tree presents to them. At the above address, about 65' inland of the bulkhead, along the eastern edge of the property, is a large dead tree that we have been asked to remove.
