Dear Ms. Orlie-Katsiris: This_letter is a follow up to your letter of June 16, 2021. -The Board of Trustees -reviewed your request to remove the dead tree that is problematic and within 100' of the wetlands, as reviewed and seen by Trustee-Greg Williams. The Board of Trustees determined that this tree may be,removed at this time with thea ,recommendation that-you consider planting a,replacernent tree further from the water. No permit will be required in_order to remove this tree. Any other activity,within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
