There are wooden erosion control walls on the north side of the property that need replacing and are partially within the Trustees'jurisdiction. These walls are not mentioned in the permits and I would like to rebuild them with wood and vinyl as they no longer are providing erosion control. Attached are photo's showing the decrepit condition of the walls and their ineffectiveness. Also attached is a plan dated 4/17/21 drawn by Jonathan Paetzel that shows these walls. Also attached is an Administrative Wetland Permit application, although I wasn't sure if this is necessary, or it if the current permit can be modified with the information contained in this letter and attachments. Of course, I'd be happy to show you the walls at your convenience. My cell number is 631-484- 9763. Please feel free to call me anytime. Sincerely yours, Eugene Burger
