If the adjacent County PDR property(SCTM #1000-085.00-0200-010.003)will be used for parking or any other improvements or activities, the applicant would need to submit a special event permit application for review and approval by the Suffolk County Farmland Committee. As a reminder, special event permits are only issued for one special event peryear and must be for agricultural education or be in direct support of the commercial agriculture production.Thank you. , 4AE1P- ;.1 Lauren Allegue Q ` Planning Aide Suffolk County Dept of Economic Development and Planning 100 Veterans Memorial Highway,2nd Floor n yam _ Hauppauge.NY 11788 (631)853-6044 CCJUC RNp From: Mirabelli, Melissa<melissam@southoldtownny.gov> Sent: Friday, May 28,202110:50 AM To: Easton,James<jamese@southoldtownny.gov>; Glew, Claire<Claire.Glew@town.southold.ny.us>;Webster, Kevin <kevin.webster@town.southold.ny.us>;Allegue, Lauren<Lauren.Allegue@suffolkcountyny.gov>; Amakawa,Andrew <Andrew.Amakawa@suffolkcountyny.gov>;Spiro, Melissa<Melissa.Spiro@town.southold.ny.us> Cc: Ruckdeschel,August<August.Ruckdeschel @suffolkcountyny.gov> Subject:Special Event#5 Bedell Cellars ATTENTION: This email came from an external source.
