WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of
Greenport,Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,being further described
on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as described in the deed dated May 20,
2008,and recorded on June 6, 2008, in Liber 12553, page 809, in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office,the Grantor herein being the same described as the Grantee in said Deed.
