being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New
York being known as lots , 78 and 79 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Eugene Heights' which was duly filed in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on October 29, 1928 as Map No. 856, said lots
when taken together, are more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Oak Street at the
intersection formed by the westerly line of Oak Street, with the
division line between Lots 77 & 78 as shown on aforementioned
filed map, said point and place of beginning being a distance of
423.10 feet southerly as measured along the westerly line of Oak
Street from the intersection formed by the southerly line of
