BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersection of the Northerly side of Bay Avenue with the Westerly side of Pine Tree
Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the Northerly side of Bay Avenue South 87 degrees 01 minutes 20
seconds West 200 feet to the Easterly side of Lot No. 6, as shown on the aforementioned"Map of Nassau Farms";
