BEGINNING at a point which is distant the following two (2) courses and
distances measured along the northerly and easterly sides of a certain Right of
Way from the point of intersection of the northerly side of said Right of Way and
the southerly side of land now or formerly of John Zuhoski with the westerly side
of Oregon Road:

others from the within premises to Oregon Road as said right of way is depicted
on a minor subdivision map prepared by Young and Young, land surveyors under
number 82-595 dated November 08, 1984, as said Right of Way is described in
aforesaid deed from Dettner, etal., to Shelley dated November 17, 1954.
SUBJECT to the rights of others, including the rights of the grantor herein as
owner of the premises depicted on the aforesaid subdivision map prepared by
Young and Young, designated as Lot No. 1 to utilize for pedestrian, automobile,
vehicular and laying of utility lines above and below ground the area designated
