Inspection—Plumbing(Pre-Existing)
On 2/25/20121, 1 inspected the plumbing for the bathroom and laundry additions at the
noted location.The inspection covered the interior plumbing for the Drainage Waste and
Vent System(DWV)and the Water Supply System(WS). The inspection results are:
1 —DWV—System was constructed around 1995 with standard PVC material. I observed
all drainage and vent lines. System performed as required. All construction was done in
compliance with the applicable sections of the NYS,and Southold Town Building Codes
at the time of construction.
2—WS—System was constructed around 1995 with standard copper pipe materials. I
observed the hot and cold supply lines. System performed as required. All construction
was done in compliance with the applicable sections of the NYS and Southold Town
Building Codes at the time of construction..
Result-Based upon inspection of this project and to the hest of my knowledge,belief
and professional judgment,the interior plumbing for the Drainage Waste and Vent
System and the Water Supply System used in the Bathroom and Laundry Room additions
has been completed and was compliant with the applicable codes at the time of
construction.
