The inspection covered the tooting for the wood deck. 1 he areas inspected included the below grade footings. The inspection was completed using visual technics and minor excavation to verify the concrete footing. The inspection results are: Items inspected included concrete footing that secure the wood support posts. The footing work was done according to the standards for a raised exterior deck. The footing was properly integrated into the deck framing. The footing is structurally adequate for the intended purpose. The construction is in compliance with the NYS and Southold Town Building Codes in force at the time if construction.
