Whereas,PGI will design and install an Air Source heat pump(ASHP)for heating and cooling of the home.The ASHP shall be a high efficiency low temperature design<-5 F and eligible for the$800/ton PSEG rebate. PGI will install an ASHP ground mounted inverter driven compressor.There will be 1 Air handler unit located in the attic for conditioning of the home. For the rooms located to the left side of the house, Living room etc.an attic supply through a closet will allow access to the front left side of the home. After reviewing the different offerings and there availability/efficiency, As agreed we will install the Bosch IDS 2.0-low,temp inverter compressor and the companion air handler. PGI will install a sealed duct system for both air handlers with supply and return grilles. If desired, PGI will also provide all required drawings /data necessary by the buyer or his subcontractors for any permits/licenses that may be required for the project in the seller's standard ® format. PGI will remove the existing oil burner and install a Rheem/Marathon M4D85245 domestic hot water heater in place of the oil burner. (oil storage tank removal is responsibility of the buyer. PGI will remove the baseboards but is not responsible for patching any holes. PGI will generate the required Manual J for the PSEG rebate. Please supply PGI with a copy of a PSEG bill.
