Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated as Lot 15 on "Map of Rockcove Estates,"filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk and State of New York on June 11,2001 as Map No. 10637, said lot being bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northeasterly side of Caiola Court where the same is intersected by the
