County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 2 on a certain map
entitled, "Conservation Subdivision Map Orchard Street Farm at Orient" filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on February 23, 2007 as Map No. 11498.
Together with an easement beginning at a point where the easterly line of Lot 2 intersects the
