Hello Diane,
We had our realtor, Sheri Winter Parker (Corcoran Realty) drop off a check and BOT application, which you
have confirmed receipt of. The location of the property is 8850 Bridge Lane, Southold (Cutchogue). It is
currently listed for sale.
The property has a ROW that runs to the Sound. We are requesting a pre-submission site visit for the purpose
of determining if we will need a coastal permit or other special permit in order to clear the ROW of brush and
bushes (no tree removal) so that a prospective buyer could walk the ROW. Sheri Winter Parker will be the
person meeting with the Trustees at the site. Sheri's cell phone number is 631848 7730, and she is copied
above. She will forward a copy of the survey under separate cover.
