The location of the property is 8850 Bridge Lane, Southold (Cutchogue). It is currently listed for sale. The property has a ROW that runs to the Sound. We are requesting a pre-submission site visit for the purpose of determining if we will need a coastal permit or other special permit in order to clear the ROW of brush and bushes (no tree removal) so that a prospective buyer could walk the ROW.
