1. Update HPC portion of the Town Website and Laserfiche. Update with backlog. (Tracey Dwyer)

2. Update from T. Webb and R. Harper Orient focused Preservation Program for the OA and OHS. --

3. Update 53315 Main Road, Traveler’s Street Affordable House project. Updated plans were
provided to the HPC by the Zoning Board of Appeals for review and comment. (Anne Surchin)

5. Update on Asch property award (Anne Surchin & Tracey Dwyer).
7. Approved list of materials appropriate for Historic Buildings. Windows/Doors/Moldings/Fences/
