Other Use Description
We hope to use the retail space to house an artisanal wine shop with a focus on family owned
wineries and distilleries,with an entire section dedicated to wines of the North Fork Wine Trail.
We plan to hold regular in-person and virtual classes and tastings that will be hosted by both our
experienced and knowledgeable staff as well as other names within the wine industry, including
wine makers and distributors.
We will not need to make any structural modifications to the interior or exterior of the building; in
fact, celebrating and highlighting the architectural and historical details of the building is a main
part of our vision.
