ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at
Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lot 54, as shown on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Deep Hole Creek Estates," and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
January 28, 1965, as Map No. 4256, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Deep Hole Drive, said point being at the division line
between Lots 53 and 54 on the above mentioned map and being distant southerly 961.13 feet from
the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of New Suffolk Avenue and the westerly
side of Deep Hole Drive;
