entitled "Map of Leeward Acres at Bayview"and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Co unty of Suffolk on
June 4, 1971,as Map No.5599 being more particularly bounded and described according to said map as

BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Leeward Drive distant the following courses and distances
Easterly and Northerly from the Easterly end of an arc of a curve bearing to the right connecting the
