money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the town of Southold.
SEE SCHEDULE A—ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE PART HEREOF
Being and intended to be the same premises known as 530 Middleton Road,
Greenport,NY, 11944, conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated January 22, 2018 in
Liber 12946 Page 938.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the parry of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the

ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and shown and designated on a map
entitled, "Map of Fleetfield, Town of Southold" as and by Lot#3, Section 3, which said map
was filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as and by#1351 on the 6t' day
of February, 1942; said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point.on the westerly side of Middleton Road where same is intersected
by the division line between lots 2 and 3 on said map; said point being distant southerly
149.50 feet as measured along same from the extreme southerly end of the curve
connecting the southerly side of Bennett Road with the westerly side of Middleton Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Middleton Road South 17 degrees 21
minutes 40 seconds East 7.5.00 feet to the division line between Lots 3 and 4 on said map,
RUNNING THENCE along said division line South 71 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds
West 124.16 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 16 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds West 75.02 feet to the
division line between lots 2 and 3 first abovementioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 71 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds East
122.42 feet to the westerly side of Middleton Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY:Together with all right,title and interest of,in and to any streets and roads abutting the
