BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Washington Avenue distant 100.55 feet easterly from the
extreme easterly end of an arc of a curve connecting the easterly side of Moore's Lane with the northerly
side of Washington Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the division line of lots 30 and 31 on the above mentioned map,North 16
degrees 01 minute 50 seconds East 156 feet to the division line of lots 32 and 30 on the above mentioned
map;
THENCE along the last mentioned division line,North 73 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East 132 feet to
Map of Fleetfield,Map.No. 1351;
THENCE along last mentioned land, South 16 degrees 01 minute 50 seconds West 156 feet to the

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises commonly known as 1480 Washington Avenue,

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in
