CHARLES & STEPHANIE McEVILY request an Administrative Permit to add one 2"x12"x10' board
to the existing two boards, sister landscape fabric on landward side and add coir logs along
approximate 100' of seaward side; supplement eroded soil with clean soil and revegetate. Located:
1795 Bayview Avenue, SoutholD. SCTM#: 1000-52-5-6
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that
the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the
LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.

1, All applicants for permits* including Town of Southold agencies, shall complete this CCAF for
proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law. This
assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in
making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits
and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
2_ Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt
minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local
Waterfront Revitalization Program. A .proposed-action=will_-be-evaluated' as to its significant
bareaeneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal (which-includes all of Southold Towns_ _

Project description for 1795 Bayview Ave.,Southold NY 11971:
Add one board 2"x12"x10'to existing two boards running approximately 100'along existing erosion
control on Arshomomoque pond and sister landscape fabric behind (landward side) proposed three
boards and back(landward side)two feet along ground and add coir logs along approximately 100' on
water side of proposed structure. This will supplement natural vegetation erosion control on bank by
limiting further erosion of soil into Arshomomoque pond. Supplement eroded soil with clean soil and
plant spatina patens(or similar) grass to further restrict erosion.
