WOOD requests a Wetland Permit to remove existing concrete seawall and replace with ±125 linear feet of revetment landward of apparent high water; revetment to include 4" diameter stone splash apron, 2.5 ton landward toe armor stone, two (2) layers of 1,250 pound armor stone with 1:1.5 pitch, 2 min. layers of 4" diameter filter stone, and 2.5 ton toe stone; geotextile filter fabric to wrap around toe stone; proposed revetment not to exceed 2.5 tons per linear foot; ±69 cubic yards of clean upland fill to be provided; debris in work area to be cleared to an approved off-site location. SCTM# 1000-117-7-32 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
