Cole Environmental Services on behalf of ALBERT G. WOOD requests a Wetland Permit to
remove existing concrete seawall and replace with ±125 linear feet of revetment landward of
apparent high water; revetment to include 4" diameter stone splash apron, 2.5 ton landward toe
armor stone, two (2) layers of 1,250 pound armor stone with 1:1.5 pitch, 2 min. layers of 4" diameter
filter stone, and 2.5 ton toe stone; geotextile filter fabric to wrap around toe stone; proposed
revetment not to exceed 2.5 tons per linear foot; ±69 cubic yards of clean upland fill to be provided;
debris in work area to be cleared to an approved off-site location. Located: 1000 First Street, New
Suffolk. SCTM# 1000-117-7-32
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that
the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the
LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.

1. All applicants for permits* including Town of Southold agencies, shall complete this CCAF for '
proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law. This
assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in
making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits
and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Lazard Area.
2. Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form.should review the exempt
minor action list,policies and explanations of each policy contained ' the Town of Southold Local i
Waterfront Revitalization Program. A p=osed action will be valuated. as to its si "ficant
beneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal area which include all'of Southold Town .
