MURPHY SCTM# 1000-135-1-7 Fred Fragola on behalf of RACHEL L. MURPHY requests an Administrative Permit for the demolition and removal of house, garage, shed, driveway and walkways. Located: 21695 Soundview Avenue, Southold. SCTM#: 1000-135-1-7 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is INCONSISTENT with Policies 4 and 6 and therefore INCONSISTENT with the LWRP. 1. The submitted plans lack storm water and erosion controls and protection of the top of bank/bluff. The details on how demolition will occur on site have not been provided. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local Waterfront Revitalization Program.
