However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office. However, this determination is not a determination from any other agency. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call. Sincerely, President, Board of Trustees AJK/djh cc. Health Dept. Dear Mr. Krupski, .. , ,~7 I looked at the stakes for the house and pool on Deep Hole Creek adjoining Kulancrs farm. The tall trees in the 75 foot zone to the east and south are so close to the pool that leaves, branches, blossoms, etc. will constantly fall in to the pool. The trees to the south will shade the pool so much that it will never get warm enough to swim in. This leads me to believe that either the perspective buyers, (and architect), do not know what they are doing when it comes to pools or that these trees will mysteriously die prematurely. Thank you for your time. A concerned environmentalist. ELIZABETH A. The last project, the garage, which had been postponed for a while, was recently finished and we are now in the process of obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. It was Mr. Semon from the Building Department that suggested that apart from the usual survey needed for the CO, I would also sent a letter to the Board of Town Trustees pointing out that the Trustees Permit had expired. Please let us know if there is a need to renew this permit given that the work is completely finished. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
