party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly described in
Schedule A which is attached hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed dated
August 27, 1984 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 18, 1984 in Liber 9642 Page 499.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a

near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as and by the lot number 15, on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Section One, Paradise Point at Bayview, Town of Southold," and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on April 11, 1963 as Map No. 3761, and by Lot No. 15A on a
certain map entitled, "Minor Subdivision made for Paradise Point Corporation, Paradise
Point,Southold,New York"being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Robinson Road distant
528.72 feet westerly as measured along the northeasterly side of Robinson Road from the
westerly side of Briar Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly side of Robinson Road the
following two(2)courses and distances;
3. North 66° 13'West,86.70 feet;
4. Northwesterly, on a curve bearing to the left, having a radius of 175 feet, a
distance of 64.35 feet(deed)64 feet(tax map)to the easterly side of land now or
formerly of Burke;
THENCE along said land the following two(2)courses and distances;
