of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as set forth on Schedule A
hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part and Dorothy Fuller

in Liber 9973 page 59,the party of the first part having acquired the interest of the said Dorothy Fuller Borland(now

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being located at Fishers
Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of the Main Road to the East End, said
monument being located 2597.02 feet North of a point which is 1021.55 feet East of a
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"NIN"(which said"NIM'monument is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking
the south shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and
Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East of North Dumpling
Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE South 87 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds West, 212.00 feet along
said road line to a point of curve to the right having a radius of 205.21 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is North 02 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West;
THENCE northwestwardly along said road line following the arc of said curve for a distance
of 105.16 feet;
THENCE North 62 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds West,63.15 feet along said road line
to a point of curve to the left having a radius of 215.33 feet and the direction of whose
radius at that point is South 27 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds West;
THENCE northwestwardly along said road line following the arc of said curve for a distance
