RE: 90 Day Extension of Agreement with Town of Southold
Dear Mr. Michaels:
The Materials Hauling Agreement entered into between,Power Crush, Inc. and the Town of
Southold on May 8, 2018, and approved by mutual agreement last year for an option year
extension as provided in the agreement, is due to end on May 8, 2021. In order for the Town to
arrange for a new contract for removal of subject materials in an orderly manner,the Town
proposes to extend its agreement with Power Crush for 90 days, through August 6, 2021 at the
prices submitted in your bid of May 3, 2018.
If Power Crush agrees to this extension, please indicate by signing below.
The Parties Hereto Have Executed This Extension On The Dates So Indicated:
