Wallace and I recently purchased the above captioned property from Rosselle. It has come to our attention that the Rosselle Family had a dock permit, permit #1900, for the Premises which front on East Creek. From the limited paperwork we have with reference to the dock at that location, the Board had previously granted a "repair application" and an amendment to the permit. When we took title the existing dock had been significantly damaged by Super Storm Sandy. The Premises had been vacant and unused for over ten years, as we understand. As a result of the damage there was significant debris on the adjoining wetlands/marsh grass. Because it was laying on the marsh grass, we removed the debris. Our hope is that we qualify for an assignment of the Rosselle permit, permit #1900, to us. However, we feel it is prudent to ask for a Page 2.
