RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Final One (1) Year Extension to Wetland Permit#9889, as issued on May 19, 2021; and APPROVES the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#9889 to use vinyl sheathing for the approved upper retaining wall in lieu of the approved 6"x6" railroad ties; and as depicted on the site plan prepared by Costello Marine Contracting Corp., last dated January 24, 2024, and stamped approved on March 20, 2024. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not an approval from any other agency.
