Findings: The project meets the requirements for issuance of an Emergency Wetlands Permit as determined by the Board of Trustees. The issuance of an Emergency Wetlands Permit allows for the operations as indicated in the application and project plans received on April 21, 2021. Special Conditions: Access for all work to be from beach only. Project may not be done via bluff/top of bluff. Lost soils in area damaged by the boulder to be replaced to match existing. A full Wetland Permit must be obtained within 90 days in order to conduct any further activity on or around the bluff. This is not a determination from any other agency.
